- Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.

**Exchange Process:**

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will have 7-10 business days to choose an exchange item. You will be in charge of shipping fees.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
